Possible Canadian Postal Strike – Commencing May 22, 2025

Only products originating from Canada will be affected.

According to the Canada Post website:

"A postal strike could occur as early as May 22, 2025, due to ongoing negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). Currently, the existing collective agreements are in effect until that date, but a labour disruption is possible if negotiations do not progress. Additionally, CUPW has received a strike mandate from its members, indicating readiness for potential action."

Products that are shipped from regions outside of Canada will not be affected.

If the strike occurs there may be delays with orders that are shipped from our Canadian pharmacy partners. We will work with our network of international partners, wherever possible, to provide alternatives. These may be at higher costs. To check if your medication is affected, enter the drug name in the search bar and its entry will indicate where the product is shipped from.

For those patients wishing to avoid any delays, it is advisable to place your orders as soon as possible. Our last day for processing packages shipping from Canada is tentatively May 15, 2025.

We apologize for any possible delays, and should the strike occur, for those affected patients, we will do our best to find alternative sources to minimize its effects.

Order early to avoid delays and disruptions!
